Hardwick Hall Hotel is preparing to transport guests to the sun-drenched world of Kalokairi this autumn, as the Big Fat Greek Fest returns on Saturday 20 September.
Inspired by the popular musical Mamma Mia, the event promises a lively afternoon filled with Mediterranean food, immersive entertainment, and high-energy performances inside the venue’s Grand Marquee.
Running from 12pm to 6pm, attendees will be welcomed with a traditional Greek cocktail on arrival before enjoying a two-course Greek lunch. A cast of 20 performers—featuring singers, dancers, and acrobats—will deliver a non-stop showcase of live vocals, interactive routines, and party atmosphere.
With napkin-waving and dancing encouraged, the event is being billed as ideal for birthdays, hen parties, or anyone looking for a fun-filled day out with friends.
Ticket packages start from £40 and include options such as VIP seating, prosecco upgrades, and table service.
Helen Attley, sales and event manager at Hardwick Hall, said: “The Big Fat Greek Fest is one of our most loved events and it’s easy to see why. From the moment you arrive, you’re transported to another world—it’s high energy, full of laughs and perfect for anyone who loves great food, live music and a party atmosphere.”
Tickets are on sale now and early booking is advised due to high demand.
