Armed Police have been present in Pallion this morning after a suspected XL bully reportedly attacked two dogs.
The dog in question had escaped onto Pallion Road where it reportedly attacked two other dogs, one being a sausage dog.
Armed police came to the scene and subsequently got the dog under control and took it away.
It is not known who owns the dog, with XL bullies being a banned breed after a spree of deadly attacks over the past few years.
