Concord Carer caught with over 2000 child abuse images
A 37 year old Carer from Concord, Washington has avoided jail despite being found guilty of possessing over 2000 child abuse images.
Michael Kerr, 37, of Church View, Concord, Washington, admitted two charges of making indecent images of children and was also found to be possessing Class B drugs for personal use.
The judge sentenced Kerr to a three year community order with programme and rehabilitation requirements, as well as a three-month curfew.
He must the sex offenders register and abide by a sexual harm prevention order for five years.
Kerr was a full-time carer for his mother after being a former factory worker, and does not appear to have engaged in any known work with the community or vulnerable people.
