Do you recognise this couple? Shoplifters attacked staff at ASDA Galleries and broke finger

Northumbria Police have issued an appeal to identify a couple who shoplifted from ASDA at the Galleries in Washington and attacked a member of staff on getting caught, breaking their finger.

CCTV footage has now been released showing the images of a man of a woman, and anyone who recognises them are asked to get in touch.

Northumbria Police asks that anyone with information contacts them through the ‘Tell us Something’ page of their website or by calling 101 quoting crime number 073409A/23. Alternatively, you can email 1570@northumbria.police.uk.
