Role Overview:
- Support the Store Manager in running a multi-million-pound retail store.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Step into the Store Manager role when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations including deliveries and stock ordering.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
- Manage rotas, performance, and team development.
- Maximise sales while minimising costs.
- Improve operational efficiency and meet business targets.
