• Role Overview:
• Supporting Washington operations by managing production planning and material control
• Ensuring production meets contractual delivery dates through effective scheduling and data accuracy
• Playing a key role within the Planning and Logistics team
• Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, scheduling, and managing Production Works Orders in line with the Master Production Schedule
• Identifying and resolving issues impacting production (stock discrepancies, material shortages)
• Managing materials including vendor scheduling, stock checks, and SAP bookings
• Controlling the issue of materials throughout the production process
• Maintaining SAP data accuracy to support effective MRP system performance
• Liaising with multiple business functions to achieve manufacturing schedule adherence
• Organising weekly transport requirements
• Supporting accurate data capture and analysis of production performance
• Skills & Experience:
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Experience in stores, stock control, or material management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
• Excellent data analysis skills with high attention to detail
