About The Role:
Barchester Healthcare is looking for a compassionate Bank Care Assistant to support residents in one of its care homes. Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living, providing food and drink, following individual care plans, offering companionship and spending one-to-one time with residents.
About You:
Applicants should have some experience caring for older people, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a compassionate approach to supporting residents. Training and learning opportunities will be provided.
Working Hours:
This is a flexible bank position, providing cover when needed, including annual leave and sickness absence. Working days and hours will vary according to the care home’s requirements.
