Summary
Barclays is recruiting a Senior Advisor to support its Group Economic Crime COO division. The role focuses on customer service, banking operations and resolving more complex customer queries through telephony, email and chat channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to improve customer care processes, support operational performance and help strengthen risk controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries through phone, email and chat
- Resolving complex customer service issues
- Supporting customer care process improvements
- Working collaboratively across banking teams
- Delivering reports and performance updates to stakeholders
- Providing guidance and coaching to colleagues
- Supporting risk management and operational controls
- Building relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous telephony experience
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Banking or KYC experience beneficial but not essential
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
