ABOUT THE ROLE
• Work as part of the Voids service carrying out painting, decorating and associated preparation work within domestic properties
• Help ensure homes are completed to the required lettable standard
• Support void turnaround performance and contribute to a positive customer experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carry out internal painting and decorating work within void properties
• Prepare surfaces and make good minor defects
• Ensure a high-quality finish
• Work safely and efficiently within agreed standards and timescales
• Follow health and safety requirements
• Support the wider Voids team in completing properties ready for re-let
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service
