HOURS
• 28 hours per week.

• Hours arranged around centre needs, including some late evenings and weekends.
REPORTS TO
• Centre Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Provide a warm and inclusive welcome to visitors, residents, tutors and partners.
• Act as a first point of contact for people using the centre.
• Support daily centre operations.
• Help people connect with activities, membership and volunteering.
• Build relationships with different communities.
• Listen to residents’ interests and help identify opportunities for shared activity and involvement.
• Support room preparation and events.
• Carry out front-of-house, community engagement and keyholder duties.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Practical, public-facing role.
• Includes opening and closing the premises under agreed procedures.
• Reasonable adjustments will be considered where required.
• Work location: In person.
