Role Overview
- Part-time Customer Advisor role at B&Q Washington
- 20 hours per week on a 3-month fixed term contract
- Shifts available Monday to Sunday between 7:00am and 10:00pm
- Customer-facing retail role helping customers improve their homes
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to customers across the store
- Help customers find products, tools and materials they need
- Deliver friendly and helpful customer service
- Maintain tidy and organised shop floor areas
- Support customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- Work with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn about products and store departments
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a retail environment
