Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service on the checkouts
- Support customers with home improvement projects
- Assist with sales
- Process Click & Collect orders
- Help set up displays
- Ensure the store looks well presented
Working Pattern
- Part-time
- 7.5 hours per week
- 3-month fixed term contract
- Weekend availability
- Saturday: 8am – 8pm
- Sunday: 8am – 5pm
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays

About The Role
B&Q is recruiting a Customer Advisor – Checkouts to join its Bishop Auckland store on a 3-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service on the checkouts, assist customers with home improvement projects, support sales, process Click & Collect orders, help maintain store displays and ensure the store is well presented.
