SHIFT PATTERN
• Weekday and weekend work.
• Bank holiday availability required.
• Fully flexible availability required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Support all aspects of daily restaurant service.
• Deliver excellent customer service efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffee.
• Clear and clean tables and maintain the dining area.
• Carry out general cleaning, including sweeping and mopping.
• Wash up and maintain high standards in kitchen and service areas.
• Operate the till and process transactions accurately.
• Handle money in line with company procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
• Friendly and confident approach to customer-facing work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently as part of a team.
• Positive, willing-to-learn attitude.
• Customer-focused with a passion for good guest experiences.
• Hospitality experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Ability to adapt to the pace and demands of a busy restaurant during peak periods.
• Fully flexible for weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Busy restaurant environment.
• May involve use of a computerised till system.
