• Inspiring and guiding Store Managers and retail teams
• Driving strong commercial performance and customer experience
• Coaching, developing, and recruiting retail leadership talent
• Implementing and delivering retail strategy across the region
• Managing multiple stores, priorities, and stakeholders effectively
• Identifying growth opportunities and supporting business expansion
• Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience leading retail teams at a regional or multi-site level
• Strong commercial awareness with a strategic mindset
• Confident coach and people leader
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a large region
• Passion for retail and delivering meaningful results
