About The Role
Card Factory is looking for friendly, enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join its team in Gateshead.
The role involves helping customers, supporting store operations and creating a welcoming shopping experience. No previous retail experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Operate tills and assist customers with their purchases.
- Keep shelves stocked and the store looking presentable.
- Recommend gifts, gift wrap and other products.
- Help customers find the items they need.
- Work with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.
Requirements
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and receive training.
- Comfortable standing and working in a busy retail environment.
- Flexible availability to support store requirements.
Shifts at nearby stores may also be offered to candidates who are willing and available to work at different locations.
