CH&CO is recruiting a dedicated Chef/Cook to help ensure the smooth running of its catering operations. The successful candidate will prepare high-quality food, maintain kitchen standards and help deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
- Oversee and implement menu changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve food services.
- Listen to customer feedback and use it to improve service.
- Support the development of new menus and creative food concepts.
- Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
- Monitor stock and ensure kitchens remain well supplied.
- Oversee kitchen cleaning and maintain hygiene standards.
- Follow food handling, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
- City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 qualifications or an NVQ equivalent.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Experience in a similar chef role.
- A Food Hygiene Certificate.
- A flexible approach to working.
