Overview:
Clip ’n Climb Leeds is recruiting an Arena Team Member with full training provided to progress to Level 5 Instructor (Rescue Qualified). This is an opportunity to develop skills in safety supervision, leadership, customer service and technical rescue within a fast-paced climbing and leisure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fit and check customer harnesses before arena entry
- Deliver clear and engaging safety briefings
- Supervise climbers and enforce safety rules
- Carry out daily equipment and safety checks
- Maintain high cleanliness standards
- Provide excellent customer service to families, schools and corporate groups
Progression & Training:
- Level 5 Instructor (Rescue Qualification)
- Technical rescue training
- Increased responsibility for arena safety
- Supporting and mentoring new team members
- Leadership development during busy sessions
Requirements:
- Confident communicator with children and adults
- Strong safety awareness
- Positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Physically capable of working in an active environment
- Reliable and committed
- Climbing experience helpful but not essential (full training provided)
