Co-op is recruiting a Customer Team Member to join its store in Shotton Colliery, delivering excellent customer service while helping keep the store running smoothly and supporting the local community.
The successful candidate will provide friendly service on the shop floor and tills, replenish shelves, check stock, prices and product dates, promote Co-op Membership, and help maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment. Depending on store needs, the role may also involve working in the bakery, Post Office or assisting with online grocery orders.
No previous retail experience is required, as full paid training will be provided. Applicants should have a passion for customer service, enjoy working as part of a team, and be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 16 hours per week, with regular overtime available. Shifts include 6.30am openings, 10.00pm closings, and at least one weekend shift, with the working pattern discussed at interview.
