About The Role
Cochani Musk is looking for a Sales Executive to join its team in Newcastle upon Tyne. The successful candidate will help customers find suitable products, answer questions and provide a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and offer assistance.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns.
- Recommend and demonstrate products or merchandise.
- Inform customers about sales, promotions and store policies.
- Process cash and card payments for purchases.
What The Employer Is Looking For
- Retail sales experience is preferred, with two years suggested.
- A-Level education or equivalent is preferred.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to assist customers and explain product information clearly.
