About The Role:
Connells Survey & Valuation is offering a paid, in-house AssocRICS training programme for aspiring residential property surveyors. The programme combines structured classroom training, regular assessments and practical on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced surveyors.
Successful candidates will receive training and support towards AssocRICS qualification, post-qualification mentoring and a structured career plan, with opportunities for career progression.

Candidate Requirements:
Applicants must have a passion for residential property and surveying, commitment to developing their career, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time-management and organisational abilities.
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- An RICS-accredited surveying-related degree, including the relevant valuation or building pathology modules, plus at least one year of property-related work experience.
- An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree, plus at least two years of property-related work experience.
- At least four years of relevant property-related experience, such as estate agency at negotiator level or above, or suitable experience in property management, asset management or an LPA department involving property caseloads and decision-making.
