ABOUT THE ROLE
• Prepare, cook and present food to required specifications and customer expectations.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure meals are delivered on time.
• Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions.
• Work effectively during busy services.
• Support the wider kitchen team when required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Passion for food and creating well-presented dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Strong teamworking skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and support different areas of the kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to work safely and understand allergen controls.
