Key Responsibilities
- Help ensure members feel safe and enjoy an excellent experience every day
- Support departments across the club with daily operational activities
- Carry out cleaning duties to maintain high standards
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Welcome and assist members throughout the club
- Provide support to different teams as required
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Working Pattern
- Flexible working across seven days per week
- Shifts as required by the club’s operational needs
Requirements
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential
