- Hours: 18 – 40 hours per week (flexible full-time)
Role Overview:
- Serve hot and cold drinks, snacks, and ice cream.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a busy, welcoming environment.
- Work independently and as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and ice cream.
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service.
- Handle cash and operate the till.
- Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping.
- Manage stock and rotation.
Requirements:
- Hard-working, responsible, and mature outlook.
- Strong people skills and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience preferred (Barista, Customer Service, Hospitality – 1 year preferred).
- Food safety awareness beneficial.
