Overview
Part-time Retail Sales Assistant role at M.I. Dickson in Whiteleas. A hands-on position combining customer service, food preparation, and retail duties within a busy store environment.
Hours
- Around 6–16 hours per week
- Shifts between 8am – 5pm
- Includes Saturdays and bank holidays
- Additional hours available during busy periods

Role Responsibilities
- Serve customers and operate the till
- Prepare hot and cold food (sandwiches, salads, baked goods)
- Replenish stock and maintain displays
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Support day-to-day store operations
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in hospitality or food preparation (essential)
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in progressing within retail/hospitality
