Dicksons is hiring a Retail Supervisor at its Sunderland High Street West store (SR1).
The permanent part-time role pays £12.51–£13.51 per hour with 16–24 hours per week, worked between Monday and Sunday, typically between 8am and 5pm. The job involves supervising staff, leading by example, delivering excellent customer service, supporting stock control, maintaining brand standards, handling tills and banking, and helping to motivate and develop the team.
Applicants must be flexible, reliable and self-motivated, with experience in food retail essential. Experience in food preparation is desirable, and applications from those with cleaning or care experience will also be considered.
