Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: Up To £25,528.04 Per Year, Depending On Experience
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract For Six Months
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday To Friday, Between 8am And 6:30pm. Occasional Saturday Working, Approximately One Saturday In Four.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
About The Role:
DPD Group UK is looking for an experienced and reliable Customer Service Advisor to join its customer services team in Tyneside.
You will support internal and external customers with parcel collection and delivery enquiries, working closely with drivers, shift managers and operations managers to investigate issues and resolve customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries about parcel delivery status.
- Provide proof of delivery information.
- Investigate missing parcels thoroughly.
- Resolve delivery disputes and customer issues.
- Work with drivers and operational teams to identify problems and find solutions.
- Take ownership of enquiries and help deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a busy customer service environment.
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- A polite and professional approach.
- Good administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivation, initiative and problem-solving skills.
