Role Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and identify sales opportunities
- Explain energy products, tariffs, and services clearly
- Close sales compliantly and process accurately
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Support team performance and share best practices
Ideal Candidate
- Proven sales experience with target-driven results
- Knowledge of the energy industry (preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Experience supporting a range of customers, including vulnerable individuals
- Team player with a positive, driven attitude
