ABOUT THE ROLE
Elite Marketing Hub is expanding its sales team and is looking for ambitious, outgoing and motivated people to join the business.
Full training is provided from day one, alongside ongoing coaching and development to help employees build confidence and sales skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet and speak with new customers.
• Build rapport and have genuine conversations with customers.
• Understand individual customer needs.
• Introduce relevant broadband, energy and mobile options.
• Explain products and services clearly.
• Answer customer questions.
• Develop sales and negotiation skills.
• Work towards personal and team targets.
• Represent clients to a high professional standard.

EXPERIENCE
• No previous sales experience is required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, events, sport or other people-focused environments can be transferable.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
• Full training on clients and sales.
• Initial training covering the role, client products and customer communication.
• Ongoing one-to-one coaching and development.
• Clear progression routes within the business.
