About The Role
Ellison’s Of Low Fell is looking for a passionate and reliable Chef De Partie to join its busy brunch and lunch kitchen team.
This opportunity is suited to a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, thrives during busy service periods and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes. The role offers daytime working hours and a consistent 30-hour working week.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality brunch and lunch dishes.
- Support the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
- Contribute ideas for menu development.
- Help ensure excellent food quality and service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a more senior kitchen role.
- Experience working in a similar kitchen environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
- Passion for fresh food and attention to detail.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a team-first approach.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and good kitchen practices.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
