Key Responsibilities
- Support children aged 0–5 with daily activities and routines
- Encourage learning through creative play and exploration
- Assist with mealtimes, story time, and outdoor activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- References covering the last 2 years of work history
About The Role
Empowering Learning is recruiting Unqualified Nursery Teaching Assistants to join its supply team, supporting private day nurseries across the Teesside area.
