• About The Role:
• Join a friendly café team as a Barista and Front of House Assistant.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a busy city centre café.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Support daily café operations and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Operate tills and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters and equipment.
• Ensure tables and customer areas remain tidy and presentable.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Skills And Experience Required:
• Previous experience within a café or food service environment preferred.
• Barista or coffee preparation experience advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
