Salary & Benefits
£27,000 – £30,000 per year (Salary does not include tronc)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to Peckin’ Order recipes and plating guides
- Manage and maintain your own kitchen station
- Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining quality standards
- Support the Head Chef with training and guiding commis chefs
- Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
- Follow HACCP procedures, allergen controls and food safety standards
- Assist with stock rotation, preparation and daily mise en place
- Report equipment issues, stock shortages and food safety concerns to the Head Chef
Working Pattern
- Fixed-term contract (initial 2-year contract)
- Full-time
- Expected to work 40 hours per week
- Part-time applications are also welcome
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Burger, fried chicken or similar concept experience is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service
- Commitment to consistency and quality
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Reliable team player with the ability to take ownership of a kitchen station
About The Role
Full Circle Brew Co is recruiting a Chef de Partie for its new Newcastle city centre bar and restaurant, opening in partnership with Peckin’ Order. The successful candidate will work alongside the Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes, support the wider kitchen team and help maintain food safety and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
