• Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour
• Role Overview:
• Acting as the welcoming face of the restaurant
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a warm and friendly environment
• Supporting a high-quality dining experience for all guests
• Working as part of a vibrant hospitality team
• Key Duties:
• Greeting guests on arrival and assisting with seating arrangements
• Taking accurate food and drink orders, including dietary requirements
• Serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Handling payments accurately and operating the till
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house areas
• Assisting with setup for events and special occasions
• Supporting baristas during busy service periods
• Upholding food safety and health & hygiene standards at all times
• Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or catering desirable
• Restaurant or barista experience advantageous
• Knowledge of food preparation and food safety procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in busy environments
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
• GCSE or equivalent required
