GB England Ltd is hiring a Winter Retail Sales Assistant for its seasonal kiosk at The Bridges Shopping Centre in Sunderland (SR1).
The role is temporary until January 2026 on a zero-hours contract, with hours typically 9am–6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am–4pm on Sundays. Pay ranges from £10.00 to £14.00 per hour plus performance bonuses, with higher rates for experienced and reliable staff. Expected hours are between 16 and 40 per week.
The kiosk sells hats, scarves, clothing and blankets, and the role involves delivering friendly customer service, keeping the kiosk tidy and well-stocked, handling payments, sharing product knowledge, upselling and working flexibly across the week. Retail sales experience is essential. Having a car is beneficial as occasional travel to other local kiosks may be required, with travel time paid.
The company is looking for someone reliable, customer-focused, confident working independently or in a small team, and able to work weekends as needed.
