Gordons Chemists is recruiting a part-time Delivery Driver to support its Newcastle branch. The role involves collecting and delivering prescriptions between local surgeries, customers and branches, helping ensure prescriptions reach the right destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect prescriptions from local and surrounding surgeries.
- Deliver and collect prescriptions from customers.
- Transport prescriptions between branches when required.
- Carry out other duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle.
- Good knowledge of Newcastle and the surrounding areas.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable Experience:
- Six months’ previous driving experience or experience in a similar role.
Additional Information:
The position is based at the Newcastle branch. Applicants must be flexible and willing to travel to cover other areas when required.
