• Role Overview:
• Providing fast, friendly service to customers
• Preparing Greggs’ food and drink products
• Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Supporting customers across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru services
• Key Responsibilities:
• Serving customers efficiently and with a positive attitude
• Preparing and handling food and drinks to Greggs standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Supporting online and in-store orders
• Working as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience
• Skills & Experience:
• No previous experience required – full training provided
