Role Responsibilities
• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and business goals
• Inspiring and coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Promoting a strong customer-first sales culture in store
• Managing store operations when the Store Manager is absent
• Organising activities and adjusting priorities where needed
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Leading by example through strong selling skills and leadership

• Previous experience in retail Assistant or Store Management
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering results
• Passion for customer service and sales
• Interest in jewellery and watches
• Ability to coach and develop team members
