JOB: Production Operative (Blue Shift)

Overview:
HARIBO is recruiting two Production Operatives on a permanent basis at its Castleford site. This role supports production line efficiency, quality standards, and food safety within a fast-paced confectionery manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Operators in achieving departmental and production targets
- Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment
- Handle and transport products and materials as required
- Complete documentation and carry out routine cleaning and waste removal
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive and positive approach to work
- Passion for the brand and company values
- Previous food manufacturing or production experience desirable but not essential (full training provided)
