Expected Hours: 16–30 Hours Per Week

About The Role
Harry’s Bar and Restaurant is recruiting experienced bar staff to work during the busy Christmas period, helping deliver quality drinks and friendly service at its Newcastle venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix and serve a range of drinks and cocktails consistently.
- Provide quick, friendly and attentive service during busy periods.
- Keep the bar stocked, organised and clean.
- Work closely with the team to ensure guests enjoy their experience.
Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- At least 12 months’ bar experience in a lively, fast-paced venue.
- Confident cocktail knowledge.
- Strong organisational and timekeeping skills.
- Availability for most Saturday nights, with shifts finishing as late as 4am.
- Availability for additional shifts when needed.
