About The Role
Inflata Nation Newcastle is looking for an energetic and responsible Court Marshal to join its team at its inflatable entertainment park in North Shields.
The successful candidate will help ensure visitors have a safe, enjoyable experience by monitoring the activity areas, enforcing park rules and supporting customers throughout their visit.
This role is suited to someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor visitor activity and ensure guests follow park rules.
- Manage guest flow and help maintain an organised environment.
- Enforce safety procedures and support emergency response protocols.
- Carry out regular safety checks of inflatables and equipment.
- Identify and report potential hazards.
- Provide clear instructions and assistance to visitors.
- Help deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Keep the arena clean and tidy.
- Work with management on staff training, safety briefings and shift arrangements when required.
- Remain calm and act responsibly during challenging situations.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be aged 16 or over.
- Be available to work additional days during school holidays.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to follow health and safety procedures.
- Have a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Be able to remain calm under pressure.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be able to commute reliably to North Shields.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures in inflatable parks or similar leisure venues would be useful.
