ABOUT THE ROLE
• Work as part of a team to serve food and drinks to the correct specification
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service
• Work across flexible shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take orders and prepare, dispense and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and through the customer app
• Deliver food to customers, complete check-backs and clear plates within the required timeframe
• Provide friendly customer service and build rapport with customers
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products
• Maintain clean-as-you-go standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces and toilet checks
• Carry out glass-washing, fridge restocking, floor and beer garden clearing and other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
• No previous experience required
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
