Key Responsibilities
- Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks to the correct specification
- Deliver food to customers, complete check-backs and clear plates within the required timeframe
- Provide friendly customer interactions and build rapport
- Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products
- Maintain clean-as-you-go standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces and carrying out toilet checks
- Work in all areas, including glass-washing, restocking fridges, clearing floors and beer garden areas, and other duties as required

About The Role
J D Wetherspoon plc is recruiting Bar Staff – JDW Franchise Site to join its team at The Blue Bell in North Tyneside. The successful candidate will work as part of a team serving food and drinks to the correct specification while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service. Flexible shifts are available, with opportunities for training and progression into team leader, kitchen shift leader or pub manager roles. Successful applicants will be employed directly by The Papas Group.
