• Role Overview:
• Supporting the store’s Junior Management team
• Maintaining and improving customer service standards across the store
• Assisting with the supervision and development of store colleagues
• Supporting daily managerial processes as directed by Store Management
• Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering excellent customer service, handling complaints and enquiries
• Ensuring staff appearance and behaviour align with company guidelines
• Driving and exceeding sales targets through effective team management
• Using in-store devices to maximise product range and sales opportunities
• Analysing reports to support effective product placement
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and shop floor standards
• Ensuring stock is clean, presentable, and accurately displayed
• Supporting training, induction, and development of new and existing staff
• Role Objectives & KPIs:
• Supporting achievement of monthly store sales targets
• Driving KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, and UPT
• Achieving upselling and cross-selling targets
• Maintaining a high Net Promoter Score
• Ensuring stock accuracy during store audits
• Ensuring completion of mandatory training for new colleagues
• Skills & Experience:
• Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Passion for retail and awareness of current trends and competitors
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to shop floor standards
• Ability to promote JD Group values internally and externally
