JohnJasper Care is looking for a Quality and Compliance Lead to support its growing homecare service in Newcastle. Working alongside the Homecare Manager, Directors and Training Coordinator, you’ll help strengthen quality assurance systems, maintain regulatory compliance and prepare the organisation for CQC inspections and internal audits.
Key responsibilities include managing the audit calendar, carrying out compliance audits, monitoring staff training and supervision records, maintaining CQC evidence folders, creating action plans following audits and incidents, and helping to drive continuous service improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in health and social care, preferably within domiciliary care or another regulated setting, along with a strong understanding of CQC requirements, quality assurance processes and care documentation. Previous experience in a compliance, quality, audit or supervisory role and a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification are desirable.
