ROLE OVERVIEW
• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience
• Take accurate food and drink orders, making recommendations and upselling where appropriate
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, including allergens and specials
• Serve food and beverages to high presentation standards
• Prepare the restaurant for service and close down at end of shift
• Keep service areas clean, organised and fully stocked
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver smooth service during busy periods
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
• Confident, guest-focused personality
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience in upselling and table service
