ABOUT THE ROLE
• Support the store management team towards achieving the retail plan.
• Represent the Lindt brand and deliver the Lindt Service proposition.
• Work as part of a team of Lindt brand ambassadors.
• Contribute to collaboration, knowledge sharing and teamwork.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the team and management to achieve store targets.
• Provide an excellent standard of customer service.
• Greet customers and process transactions accurately through the till.
• Upsell and add-on items while offering suitable alternatives.
• Effectively manage queues.
• Support product sampling and introduce customers to the Loyalty programme.
• Process deliveries efficiently.
• Keep the stockroom organised and stock rotated.
• Keep shop floor fixtures fully stocked.
• Communicate low stock levels and sell-outs to management.
• Support the team in keeping the store presentable and shoppable.
• Build gifting displays according to company guidelines.
• Monitor gifting levels and best sellers and respond appropriately.
• Comply with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience within a retail organisation is preferable.
• Genuine interest in a career in retail.
• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to try new things.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to agreed working hours and working patterns.
• Ability to respond positively to changes in pace.
