• Contract: Permanent – Full-time & Part-time available

• Working Pattern:
• Store opening hours between 6:00am – 6:30pm
• Flexibility required across store hours
• Role Overview:
• Working as part of a friendly café team in a busy retail environment
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Preparing food and drinks to brand standards
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store
• Key Responsibilities:
• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing hot drinks, food, and baked products
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Keeping the café clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Handling transactions accurately
• Supporting team members during busy periods
• Skills & Experience:
• Customer service or café experience desirable but not essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to shifts
