Job Type
- Full-time
- Temporary (12-month fixed term)
- 35 hours per week (Monday–Saturday)
Role Responsibilities
- Support customers with banking transactions in branch
- Handle inbound calls and assist with savings enquiries
- Help customers use digital banking services
- Build relationships and provide tailored support
- Resolve customer queries across multiple channels
- Work towards customer satisfaction and service goals
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using digital systems and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must live within 45 minutes of the branch
