ABOUT THE ROLE
• Engage with potential and existing clients by phone, email and on site
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Promote products and services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including B2B partners
• Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up to support conversion
• Use IT systems to track customer interactions and sales progress
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
• Support sales growth while delivering excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in manufacturing customer service, sales or related roles
• B2B sales experience desirable
• Proficiency with IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
