About The Role
Premier Inn Newcastle (Quayside) is recruiting a Ground Floor Team Member to join its hospitality team. This customer-facing role combines front-of-house duties with supporting food and beverage service, ensuring guests receive a welcoming and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with guest check-ins and enquiries
- Serve meals and beverages
- Prepare and serve cocktails when required
- Support housekeeping teams to maintain high standards
- Ensure guests have a positive experience throughout their stay
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
